   A project is considered started once any preliminary work has commenced, including, but not limited to, discovery sessions, strategy meetings, drafts, or initial design concepts.
2. Non-Tangible Services:
   Brand development, design, and marketing services are tailored specifically to each client’s needs. Once initiated, the time and resources invested cannot be reclaimed, making refunds impossible.
3. No Refunds for Cancellations or Delays:
   If a project is canceled by the client after it has begun, the client will remain responsible for all fees for services purchased. Any deposit or advance payment made is non-refundable.

• Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials, information, or approvals do not entitle the client to a refund or cancellation of payment obligations.

   While we strive to deliver high-quality work, the nature of brand development and marketing services means that outcomes are influenced by many factors beyond our control. As such, no refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with the final deliverables or perceived results.
